If fun, friendly an accommodating is what you’re looking for, you’ve come to the right place. Hostel DEN is a new Hostel run by the same owners as the famous Hostel UNPLAN in Kagurazaka. Hostel DEN is a cozy place offering comfort and friendship with it’s inviting atmosphere and friendly staff. I quickly made new friends and had a lot of fun being here.

LOCATION
Den is located in a very popular, convenient area of Tokyo. There are so many sightseeing spots near this location such as; Imperial Palace, Akihabara, Ueno Park and Tokyo Dome. If you’d like to cut down on cost this place is a penny saver. Not only is it affordably priced, but also being near so many places you’ll save money on transportation as well.

FACILITIES
With the price listed, I found the amenities to be quite a bargain! Because its a new location everything is nice and upgraded. On the main floor, they have a cute little Computer station, a kitchen and a living room like tatami area with a large TV and beautiful open windows. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you’ll need.

My favorite feature of this place is the Living room like area. Although new, they still incorporated some Japanese culture into the place with the tatami style floors. Be sure to take off your shoes.

Similar to Hostel UNPLAN, the bathrooms at DEN are unmatched! Super clean, and updated, the bathrooms will surely make you feel comfortable. I especially loved the high-end toilets with all the buttons and seat heater. Nothing worse than a cold toosh in the morning am i right!

One impressive feature DEN offers is a prayer room! Now this is what won me over. They truly take into consideration and try to meet the needs of all individuals regardless of their backgrounds.

The dorm rooms at this location were very clean and spacious. The beds where plenty wide and the rooms got beautiful sunlight. They also have very nice private room options. I only seen one room with two double beds. It felt like any upscale hotel you would stay at, only half the cost.
