Tokyo is filled with cute things! Even the buses have hello kitty on them. But if you’re looking for some cute coffee shops I got you!
#1 CANVAS TOKYO
CANVAS TOKYO is an open concept shop. You can order from the outside or inside. If you chose inside, there is a narrow seating area on the 2nd floor. I recommend taking a peek before ordering your coffee because this place can get pretty busy. CANVAS sells a variety of drinks in collection with some well known food brands: Mark Espresso, nico donuts and Ramey Circus. This location is super stylish and laid back. It’s the perfect place to rest after shopping around Hiroo with its calming white washed atmosphere.
Also, because they offer such healthy options you can indulge without feeling so guilty. As I have noted, they have many options and, are even said to do customized latte art if it’s not too busy. I really wanted a coffee because it was so cold but I just had to see what this creamy, pink Strawberry soybean smoothie was all about. And for $7.00 it better be something. I also tried the iced latte.
One of the biggest reasons I decided to come was not only the atmosphere but the donuts! Who doesn’t love donuts? However, these donuts are no ordinary donuts. Canvas sells these amazing nico donuts know to be much healthy and made with soybeans, not to mentions super cute .
#2″ink by CANVAS TOKYO
Canvas opened up a franchise in Daikanyama, another trendy, stylish, calmer area of Tokyo know for it’s shops and restaurants. The franchise is called “ink by CANVAS TOKYO. It’s a bit different and mainly focuses on colorful lattes which are also super Instagram worthy.
The lattes are pairs with cute matching colored cups and come in all different flavors. They also sell very interesting flower infused drinks that are too cute, but for me taste just like a flower. If you come to Japan Daikanyama is a must so you might as well stop by and have yourself a flavored milk latte from ink.
#3 Melting in the mouth
Yes, THE mouth, not your mouth. This shop has a famous one in Harajuku however, I decided to beat the crow and check out their Hiroo location which is actually located across the street from Canvas Tokyo! Kill two birds with one stone and visit them both! They’re famous for this infamous ice cream that doesn’t melt. I skipped the ice cream and went with a green tea latte in one of their famous bottles and a chocolate pistachio donut to top it off with. Both were super delicious and cute. I love their signature pink cups and glass bottles. The inside is spacious and trendy as well.
I hope this was helpful please be sure to share this article with your friends and others! I have many recommendations I’d love to share
