Hinode Ramen Hiyoshiten
#1. Even though it’s a ramen list my favorite dish at this restaurant is actually a Spicy Tsukemen from my favorite shop The chef that works from 6pm- closing is super awesome! He even let me create, taste and design a spicy Tsukemen dish for their menu so go check it out!
I basically came almost everyday and order the exact same (customized ) spicy tsukemen dish. I prefer it extra spicy with thicker noodles and only this chef knows my order. For more info on Tsukemen click here.
If this isn’t your style, they have many flavors. They’re famous for offering free rice after you’ve finished all your noodles. Go ahead and mix some white rice in the with broth if your still hungry. Many ramen shops offer this free rice or any size ramen bowl free idea.
Danbo
#2. Now this is one famous shop called Danbo ラーメン暖暮川崎仲見世通店located all around Japan. They specialize in a Tonkotsu based ramen with thin noodles, Tonkotsu ramen is a pork bone based broth. It’s rich and extremely yummy. A bit more on the heavy, so then thin noodles balance this dish out perfectly. Of course I get the spicy one! You can pick the level of spice, thickness of broth and texture of noodles. It’s extra customized. This place can be difficult to find.

Rokurinsha Osaki
#3. Rokurinsha Osaki. I’ve just recently become addicted to this place. I usually order a shrimp based Tsukemen with also has pork in it. The broth of his very thick. It comes with a side of tasty shrimp infused oil to pour into the broth, I just love it!
